Yoga & Mindfulness for Preteens & Teens 

We are excited to bring back our Yoga & Mindfulness series for preteens and teens ( ages 9 –15+) this spring!


This unique, curriculum-based program is designed to support kids and teens during an important stage of physical, emotional, and mental development. Through yoga, breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques, students learn practical tools to manage stress, improve focus, build confidence, and develop a strong mind-body connection.

 
Each participant will receive their own student manual with lesson plans, journaling prompts, and activities for all six classes. Every week features a special theme that guides class discussion, reflection, and journaling.

 
Each class includes:

• Breathing exercises for focus and relaxation

• Yoga flow with poses to stretch, strengthen, improve balance and posture

• Mindfulness practices to enhance mind-body awareness

• Restorative Yoga poses for deep relaxation

• Guided meditation and visualization to calm the nervous system and support emotional well-being

 
This series helps students:

 Improve concentration and focus

 Reduce stress and anxiety

 Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness

 Increase self-confidence and emotional balance

 Support young athletes and active kids
